In the very rare event that your furniture is defective, at our discretion and based on the defective component, we will replace the component or the whole furniture. We don't deliver damaged goods. We would contact you if we must reorder any item that is delivered damaged to us.
If you are missing any advertised pieces, hardware, or have issues with your new furniture, please notify us no more than 48hrs after delivery or pick up. Any sign of physical damage or alterations made to the item while in your possession will void the warranty and/or replacement. All warranty is with the manufacturer directly.
We recommend a thorough inspection of your furniture before signing off during delivery or when picking it up.
