Q: Can I use two credit cards to complete my order?
A: Unfortunately, our payment processor does not have the option to split payments at this time. The entire purchase must be paid by a single card payment.

Q: What type of payments do you take?
A: We accept the 4 major credit companies: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The card can be a gift card, debit card, or credit card. Our secure website will process all payments. We do not accept checks, money orders, or wire transfers online. However, we do accept checks in our store location.

Q: When can I expect my merchandise?
A: We deliver between 4 to 10 business days. A business day is counted as Monday through Friday, but with the exception of holidays. If for any reason we have to go over 10 business days for delivery, we will inform you.

Q: What happens after I submit my order?
A: As soon as you submit your order, an "Order Received" email will be sent from us. Once your payment has been processed, we will gather the ordered items and move forward to contacting you to schedule a delivery or pick up. Please note that it might take a few days to gather all the items and prepare shipment. We thank you in advance for your patience. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a variety of reasons. We sell furniture that we are sure will fulfill its purpose to furnish your home. We provide as much detailed information as we can to allow you to make the right decision. Before submitting an order, contact us if you have questions or doubts about a particular item.

Q: What type of warranty do your items have?
A: All of our items are in Brand New condition, as in not opened or ever used and in its original packaging. Each item has a manufacturer's limited warranty that starts from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Make sure you save a copy of your invoice for any future claims. The length of each warranty varies by item, but here are the most common:
  • Mattresses: between 5 to 20 years Limited
  • [Most] Furniture: 30 days Limited
  • [Some] Daybeds: 1 or 10 years Limited
Each manufacturer sets their own terms of limitations and/or void reasons. Make sure you read the details in the warranty card that comes with each item. We do not directly offer any type of warranty. All warranties are with the manufacturer directly.

Q: Can I go see and get furniture at your store today?
A: At this time we do not carry much furniture at our store location. All of our furniture is by special order only. Nothing to worry about though, we try to get our furniture quickly so we can deliver to you as soon as possible. Usually we can get our furniture in less than 4 business days. On the other hand, you are welcome to visit us and try our large variety of mattresses. 

Q: How can I tell my family or friends about you or share an item?
A: We are currently in Facebook and Yelp as an official online presence. Feel free to Like our page and share with your family and friends. Our direct links can be found in the top left of our website. You can share an item of interest by using the left social links bar while on each item's page. You may also click on the "Email a Friend" button on each item page, which will send an email of the item to your set recipient.
